Initial training for the Client Types System takes just one hour to show a 10% increase in your bottom line. There are two additional stages of training that can be divided over separate sessions for advanced use. The system is easy to understand and does not require team members to “read” people in order to be effective – the Client Types survey software does that for them. Training teaches team members how to interpret the information provided and how to talk to that client in the way that is most natural for them. Training happens over three days, one hour per day: Day 1 Training: Head and Heart Approaches Day 2 Training: Hot Buttons and Objections Day 3 Training: Detailed Client Types Understanding The Client Types system is different from other training systems.  In other systems, the training completes and the team member is left to remember what was said to implement it on a daily basis.  This method results in a rapid loss of skills. Our training cycle is short because the ability to deal with different clients is embedded into the daily routine of giving surveys and receiving results. The preferred behaviors and techniques for each client are detailed in the short report received after each survey.  No memorization is required. Client Type preferences, hot buttons, masks, likely objections, and recommended approaches are given to the team member for each client on demand.  By following the system, the optimal sales techniques are reinforced every day. Clients in turn appreciate being treated in the way that is most natural for them, which results in increased sales, more referrals and better long-term relationships.
